We had our first photo/video session with Sheila in contest shape at the 2003 Nationals. We were going to do an “off-season” shooting this time but we hope you will not be too disappointed that Sheila was again in very near contest shape, but with another 10 pounds of muscle added to her 5'7" frame. She was 155 pounds in contest shape last year, and for this October 2004 session she checked in at a lean and defined 165 pounds. Sheila was 6th in her class in the 2003 Nationals, but the 30 year old has taken 2004 off and will compete again in 2005. For this session, we have lots of repwork in the gym to get her pumped up, then she poses in a bikini and dresses outside on a beautiful fall day, and the tape closes out with an interview.
