When Anita told us she was at 150 pounds (at 5'4") we thought she would be somewhat soft, but as you can see, she was hard as a nail—big and hard. We start off with her WPW strength workout in the gym, and she was a stud on the chinning bar (after doing a full set of 20+ chins, she did 8 pullups with a 45 pound plate strapped to her, a very tough lift) and on the leg press, where she worked up to 1,200 pounds for two reps, with no knee wraps! We then move into her posing segment, 40 minutes of great posing as she shows off her huge, hard 26" thighs, hard biceps, calves—she even has abs at this weight. Her portion ends with an interview taken at the Extravaganza strength show. Chris, at 5'4" 160 pounds was more of a true off-season physique, and we know you don't mind as the body is voluptuous, filling out her posing suit and dresses very nicely. Her lower body, and particularly her thighs are huge and hard—she says they are 25" but they truthfully look like 28" to us. In the gym, Chris goes through our strength workout, and her best lifts include leg presses well over 1,000 pounds (deep reps) and a fairly strict 135 pound curl (she just missed an attempt at a bodyweight curl). The posing segment shows her hitting shots, and the tape culminates with her performance in the Extravaganza strength show, and her interview. Anita and Chris were paired on this video due to physique similarities, and for personality reasons as well—both are very top caliber national bodybuilding stars, experienced in front of the camera, so we were able to leave in quite a bit of live sound for the posing segments.
