We met Heidi at this year’s US Championships, where she competed in the figure division, and the beautiful blonde shows off a very wiry and defined figure physique. At 5'3" and 110 pounds she appears very lean in repose, but has very good muscularity and definition when she starts hitting the shots, particularly her rear biceps shot, back, hamstrings and calves. It is hard to believe, but the former fashion model is pushing 40 years of age, but looks like a teenager. Heidi poses in her bikini and dress outfits and is interviewed. We had a very brief (20 minutes) session with Melissa in contest shape, and planned to finish up with her this fall. Unfortunately, she lives in Louisiana and got caught in the hurricane (she is OK) but we have not heard from her and felt she would be a good match with Heidi. Melissa is 5'2" and 137 pounds in contest shape and poses in bikini and dress. This brings us to 70 minutes, so we have also added the entire footage of the Ray Martin Video #184 with Nicole Bouvier, who also was a very lean and wiry muscled blonde, posing in several outfits.
