This was probably our second photo/video session of three done with her, and probably our best. We were expecting an “off-season” look, but Sophie showed up heavier (140+ pounds) than when in her contest shape, but she was nearly as defined! Sophie is from Canada, and after winning that country’s title, started competing in IFBB pro shows a few years ago, showing off a look that the judges should (and do) love – fabulous size and shapes and great definition, with killer good looks, with terrific biceps, back and everything else. She was very strong for the gymwork, then hit the shots in her bikini and dresses and is interviewed. One of the most appealing women ever, now on DVD as well as video.
