Barbara Moran
Women's Physique World
Video WPW-372
Running Time: 90 minutes
We met Barbara for the first time in 1996 when she was competing as a very muscular fitness woman. Those 45 minutes of footage was on WPW Video 300, but since we only did about 50 minutes with her for that August 1998 taping, we have included the 1996 footage here as well. We begin the 1998 taping with rep-oriented gym work, concentrating on curls and other upper body lifts to show off the muscularity in her arms, triceps, chest and back, getting her pumped for her three posing scenes. Now competing as a bodybuilder, Barbara has improved on her already impressive biceps, and the posing scenes in her bikini (thong), black jumpsuit and white sundress emphasize her arms, chest and back. Her updated interview and stage routine at the 1998 Team Universe Contest complete the 1998 footage. We then move back to her 1996 footage, where she hits the shots in a red/white striped bikini, black dress and tight multi-colored short-short/bikini top, again with posing emphasis on her very well developed arms, chest and back. Her 1996 interview closes the tape. Barbara began competing a while ago as a bodybuilder, switched to fitness and is now bodybuilding again. She is a classic example (another is Debbie Kruck) of a woman having the “in-between” physique – a bit muscular compared to other fitness women, but not bulked up enough to compete nationally in bodybuilding, but that physique look combined with astounding facial beauty and impeccably groomed long blonde hair makes for a most appealing bodybuilding model.
