Carrie is from the Philly area and as of early 2006, when we did this work she had only been in two local contests. We met her at the 2006 NYC Metropolitan Championships in March, which she won, and did our work with her in contest shape at the Vixen Hill Property outside of Philly. In addition to the bodybuilding, the young looking 34 year old has also been a top kick boxer and martial artist, which she said helped explain some interesting lifts in the gym, including 20 easy wide grip pull-ups, followed by 15 chins, followed by 6 one arm chins! In addition, the 5'4" 130 pounder benched her bodyweight for 10 reps. After the gymwork, she hit the shots in her bikini and two dress items (showing off good biceps, back and terrific 6-pack of abs in particular) and is interviewed. Her footage runs about 75 minutes, so we have added the entire WPW Video #485 of Celeste Chance, who is one of Carrie’s best friends. Celeste, a top-level fitness competitor works out in the gym, poses bodybuilding style in many outfits and is interviewed.
