Placing Your Order

You can place your order online, by mail, or by fax. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express for online, fax and mail orders. Mail orders can additionally be paid by Money Order and Check.

  • Allow up to two weeks for delivery of money order and credit card orders. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery if paid by check.
  • Credit card orders will be processed by Video Central. Your credit card statement will show the charge as by Video Central.
  • Credit card orders must include expiration date & signature.
  • All mail and fax orders must include a signed age statement verifying that you are over 18 years old.
Foreign Orders:
  • PAL VHS conversion (if required): additional $10 per video.
  • No foreign currency, eurocheques, or foreign personal checks. Only international money orders, checks with a USA bank address, USA currency or Visa / Mastercard / American Express accepted.

Return Policy

We will not accept exchanges or returns. Damaged or defective products will be replaced with the same product within two weeks of order receipt.
